“TANGENT WINDS AND JON NAKAMATSU”, First Congregational Church of Wellfleet, Wellfleet, MA

CCCMF has become a breeding ground for tomorrow’s leading musicians! Audiences have a rare opportunity to see tomorrow’s stars today at the Festival debut performance of Tangent Winds. Joined by CCCMF Co-Artistic Director Jon Nakamatsu (piano), this emerging ensemble presents a program of lyrical, accessible works by Beethoven, Barber and Thuille. Formed while its members were studying at Juilliard, the Tangent Winds was awarded the Bronze Medal at the 2018 Fischoff National Chamber Music Competition.
